Ola! It’s time to learn everything you ever wanted to know about Tequila, and it’s lesser know competitor, Mezcal (Mescal). If you’ve never had a top shelf version of either of these spirits then you don’t know what you’re missing. Both are beautiful sippers to be savoured with a wealth of nuances to learn.

Join our Mixologist for an exploration of all things ‘gin’ as we showcase the many different botanicals that give each gin its unique flavour profile, and demystify the four types of gin being produced today.

Ever wondered how gin is made and blended? Join our Chief Distiller for this interactive gin making experience at our in-house Distillery and curate your own bespoke gin to impress your friends. During this gin masterclass, you will delve into the wonderful world of gin and learn how it has evolved over the years.
You will discover the techniques and explore the exotic botanicals used in gin production whilst experiencing for yourself how these affect the flavour and quality of gin. During the class, you will also be guided through the process of blending up your own gin recipe from a vast range of infused distillates.
Once you have created “your gin” tailored to your taste preferences, you will be able to take home a 500ml bottle with you for you and your friends to enjoy.

Wine Confidence 101
Wine Confidence 202
Also known as “Wine Appreciation for Beginners”, this five-week course is run by Antony, our Sommelier (WSET 4), and designed for those who enjoy drinking wine but wish to become ‘wine confident’. No prior wine knowledge is required and the education is tailored to each attendee’s knowledge level.
Antony will teach you how to gain confidence when selecting, cellaring and getting the maximum enjoyment out of wines from all over the world. And when it comes to doing business, impressing a client by knowing how to select and use the right wines to build strong relationships or land big business deals is key. Antony’s bespoke wine education will help give you that edge.
Relaxed, fun and highly educational, all the fundamentals are covered including appearance, aromas, palate and finish, and well as basic varietals, characteristics, service, cellaring and food and wine matching.
Invaluable for entertaining and hosting clients, on completion participants will be ‘wine confident’ resolving the three anxiety aspects of wine:
- Bottle Shop Shock
- Wine List Paralysis
- Invite Paranoia
Each week we’ll explore four different varietals from local and international vineyards, and how they are best paired with food by matching them with four very sizable canapes.

- Structured tastings with matched food
- 20 wines and 20 sizable canapes
- Special guest Head Chef Sigrid, to guide you through food matching
- The opportunity to interact with others who share a common interest
Also known as “Advanced Wine Appreciation”, this five-week course builds on the Beginners course. Also run by Antony, our Sommelier (WSET 4), and designed for those who have a good base of wine knowledge but wish to become even more ‘wine confident’. The Beginners course is a pre-requisite for this course.
Antony will guide you through the finer points of all things wine including:
- More unusual grape varietals and their characteristics
- The different wine regions and their characteristics
- New versus ages wine characteristics
Each week we’ll explore four varietals from local and international vineyards, and how they are best paired with food by matching them with four very sizable canapes. Tasting will include verticals (same wine different years) and horizontals (same year different wines, vineyards, regions or styles).
What’s included:
- A five-week course
- All tuition, wine, food and tasting notes
- Structured tastings with matched food
- 20 artisan and/or back-vintage wines and 20 sizable canapes
- Special guest Head Chef Sigrid, to guide you through food matching
